I love this phone and all its features but have a problem that its ringtones are very low even when the volume is set at full.What do I do then?It also seamz to be a problem to get assessories in SA how can that be solved?

i enjoy my sendo P600 alot,thanks to the company. I would like to know how i can configure my phone to be able to delete pictures stored in the full memory. As this bars me from saving more pictures.
