I have been using this handphone model SG-2000 for a while but lately I can't seem to charge the phone. I was made to understand that the hardware (wires) inside the phone that connects to the battery has fault. Anyone out there has similiar problem,...

Sewon is a good phone. I bought one for my wife and she was happy. She even huged me for the first time in a long time. Someone send the user manual.
