why is mine malfunctioning all the time.. should i still continue using SD card.. if yes.. what capacity..? i just have it reformatted 4 months ago.. now its malfunctioning again.. i cant turn it on.. what's the problem with my phone.. thank you.. ...

Hi im using 802sh model but the problem is if i will download a ring tones i can not used it as a ring tones the phone said " Can't assign due to illegal files" can you help for this thanks
