Your phone perhaps may be unable to read the current format of your memory card. Back-up your files at your computer and format your card. After formatting, transfer the compatible back-up files from your computer to the memory card of your phone....

I have a Vodafone 802SH. It crashed on 18 December 2012, so I put in in the storage. Miraculously, when I booted the phone on 04 June 2012, 1432 hours (GMT +08:00) it worked! Who fixed it I wonder? It fixed itself?
