I purchased an unlocked one from China and the seller said that it supports T-zones from T-mobile, which I did; but it still does not work! All the WAP application is completed but when trying to access, it still says "internet access not enabled".

oh i forgot,this has been used for video calling and 3g capabilities by SMART(internet)and if you're in the dark you have lights for the cam or even the flaslight.
I love the world clock and calendar too!
to answer some questions below:
1.you can't assign an mp3 as your ring tone
2. 9999 is the default code to anything
3. you can download stuff using a mmc reader
4. can play music using a headset or not

i have this phone for more than a year now, very happy with every feature, mp3,camera, bluetooth,long lasting battery,games,tones, videos!
im not sure if im going to change it maybe until it's lost or destroyed...they say its disposable??i love sharp802

mp3 ringtones???
I've done the conversion as per Skater 42, and the files now load to the phone and have an option to set as ringtone, but when I select the track it says "Can't assign. Due to illegal file" and I thought I had it! Any ideas what I've missed or is there another step to make this work?? Please help!

hehehe but the problem is It seems the bluetooth password seems to have been changed by the previous owner
sooo is there a code that will help me make it go back to default setting code?

hi. just got my phone fixed, now it seems ok...to everyone here in the philippines who had the same problem or other related problems with regards to the Sharp 802 model, i could recommend someone who could be of help...he did my phone and he's trustworthy...just email him at ckimpot@yahoo.com, they specialize in the repair of Sharp units...ciao..hope i had helped those having the same problem as i did...

pinoy fan. Standard Sharp 802 handset code required for bluetooth file exchange is 9999. Once u have paired phones, this should work, no wukkas.

that is very normal if you transfer file from your phone to aother or vice versa via bluetooth the phone asking for a pascode just enter anydigit number to your phone same with other phone..it serve as a password from both unit to access to each other...

hi there...my phone has been with me for a month and there seems to be a problem with it...i forgot it at home one time and the battery got drained, now its not working anymore...only the msg "Please wait" appears...if u know anyone here in the philippines who can fix it please do email me... thanks...

I bought a sharp 802 second hand from a seller in the internet
as I was transferring files via bluetooth it asked a code
to transfer
but it seems it has been costumized by the previous user
is there a way for me to get a universal code for transferring files via bluetooth?
any codes which will overwrite the previous password?

I love my Sharp. Its now 18 mths old and has suddenly lost the backlight on the screen. Instead the camera light on the outside comes on, in red only. Can anyone help with surgery?

hay ive been reading da past post in here bout tha mp3 stuff n i downloaded the ATS-MA5-SMAF and the WSC-MA2-SMAF as the sound decorator i can convert my WAV files into MMF by simple draging it into the MA2 n it converts it automatically for me but what i dont get is the whole how to use the MA5 after youve dne the conversion on WAV to MMF..i put the MMF file without having to use the MA5 n the sound isnt loud enough on my fone n doesnt sound very clear..can sumone help me n explain to me..thnx..PS if that sk8er dude can explain id b gud he seems to kno how to do it or f any1 knws plz feel free to tell me thnx..
