Sorry but the 903 and 904 cannot support 2G miniSD, 1G max.. the 905SH is the only sharp mobile that can support 2G to date.. lets see what the 906SH will being but i do know that its a WCDMA phone only.

I have seen the K800i and I own a 903 and 904, I Highly recomend the Sharp phones over the Sony Ericsson phones but we have to be nice to SE cos they Manufacture the Sharp phones!

The 903 I would have said took better pics then the K800i, the music on the K800i is better but the 903 has a nicer screen, Optical zoom and i think it looks better.

If you are going to get a 903 get the Euro version in the black, that firmware is very stable and if you are in a country with vodafone then the phone should work on their network suporting Mobile TV and all that 3G stuff.

I am very anxious to get a new phone but I'm struggling between K800 and 903. On the internet, i found that K800 takes better pic then 903 and better flash too. If I buy 903, i dont no which version to get. I dont want to get K800 kuz it freeze too much and the bad joy stick. can someone help me choose or give me advice. If i get 903, i want some advice on which version i should get. Thx

this version is only available in Hong Kong bcoz there is a unlocker which provides no sound shutter and inserting games into the sd card... my euro version also can do these things..

hmmm..? soundz strange buddy!!i got my 903 in Tw but i never heard about this 903ver 2.0 you mention.And how did you know u got a ver 2? As far as i know only FET telecom company in Tw is the sole distributor of this cellphone to their postpaid subscriber.Other than that it's hardly cnt find this to any store here and pretty expensive. If this is true, u can play games to sd card, shut off camera sounds - boy this is great! Id better switch to Tw firmware ver 2.0!

the taiwan version2 is the best out of the all, its more stable than the euro version . it allows mp3 ringtones up to 2mb size. n can play java games in miniSD card. also the taiwan version2 can shut off the camera shutter sound n focus sound.

and convert a wav to mmf up to 300kb
you can set the mmf file as ringtone.....

Hey what is the smaf solution your talking about?? I got the mp3 on my phone via infared but i cant set it as a ringtone.

Hi everyone,

I read the comments and they are very interesting but i have a problem on the "8+trick"

My version is

1.046
emp: v100 5.0
ow: 7.0.2.1.545
aplix:7.17

so when i press the 8 and turn on key nothing happens...

also there is no sync on java settings at my greek v903sh.

Is there anythind I am doing wrong?

Is there any way to set mp3 as ringtones?
(the smaf solution is good but not the best.

Hey guys i just got a sharp 903 on ebay. Yea its cool and everything..but im having a difficult time connecting it to my computer. I want to transfer mp3s to my phone so i can use it as ringtones..does anybody know how that works? thanks

Recently i try to activate JAVA game in my phone. After I change the number to 0111111, i turn on my cell phone. I cant find JAVA Setting in Games and Applications. I have reseted my phone few days ago..How can I activate JAVA games if i cant find JAVA setting in my phone?
