this phone is wayy ahead of its TIME !
3.2MP and Stereo Speakers...a combination iv always wanted.......
it was announced in 2005..that was when Nokia and SE and Samsung was making 2MP phones
this is 3.2MP !!!!

I wanna buy this cellphone a long time,but i cant find it,cause im live in Canada,there has a lot of old,they refurbished and then they still sold.Does the sharp company still yield this cellphone,if yield where can i buy it,make sure it is new,i dout wanna old!please email me,thanks!!

how can i change the the firmware to firmware euro...wat does firmware means...can you teach me how? coz i can't play mp3 here in this phone...hope you can help me...

so far it's been the best phone i've had except for the volume but that's okay & here in the philippines, there's not much accesories i can find.. i really wanted to purchase a usb cable but cant find any here.. any suggestions where? also i really wanted to download but still no access for philippines... sad..

a friend gave me this kind of phone,on the first day i enjoyed using the camera until the battery drains.i charge it for an hour but the phone does'nt reponse at all. until now i can't use it anymore.The power is off.i tried to buy a new charger and battery but still it doesnt work. someone told me that the power ic must be replaced but i dont know who is the expert on vodaphone. Would you help me where's the best place to repair my vodaphone here in the philippine..help..

the only let down bout this phone is the volume, and it doesn't have a space button. but overall its a great phone.

hi, my phone's reception chip or something has gone bad. I get ZERO reception no matter where I am. and the phone screen simply says, "no service" is there any way to fix this or get this part replaced?

I have had the 903 since it came out and I have had nothing go wrong with it at all. At the time it was two years ahead of the rest in features. I use the camera for holidays and the pics are clear as. The only thing was it is hard to get the genuine accessories. Apart from that, it is an awsome phone.

Pretty cool phone.
Still how can i put java games in when vodafone has locked the phone so that it doesn't recognise the *.jar files.

y dun u use the softbank 910sh or the 904sh which has better specs than 903sh...
i agree that this phone is the best option... i had been using it for 2 years too....

i must say that fitrah hurrahman is wrong...
Aikon N, u can use mp3 ringtones while using the euro and the taiwan firmware... u can consider the mp4 ringtone which is supported by the japanese firmware.....which is practically the same....

@aikon N:i think u can't use mp3 for ringtones at any firmware except u use firmware euro...u must changed to euro firmware first...

I've used this phone from a classmate for a while and it is a rock solid, camera oriented phone. The camera is simply spectacular and all colors show well on the screen, especially reds. This is the top Mercedes of cell phones and everyone desires one. Build quality is top-notch as they are still made in Japan. To address a previous question, avg. price in USD is $500. Shops in the U.S. no longer get them from Vodafone Japan, but from FarEasTone of Taiwan. The menus are simple and clean and the processor is always fast. My dream phone!

I owned this phone for just over a year when I lived in Japan and I have absolutely no complaints. I lost it and am now going to purchase another because I just haven't found another phone (within a decent price range) that compares!
