The phone is quite handy but i am regretting that i bought this phone, the lifetime setting of my text messages doesn't work, the photo and video quality is crap. I only bought this phone becoz i lost my old one, it's much worse than my previous one tho the price was similar.

i love the phone just that the memorial is not large enough. pls i want you to assist me on how to upload my pictures to my pc.is it possible to put a memory card on my phone?

And i forgot to say this ... the resolution of the photo is crap and the video's is crap 2 ... even the the duration of the video is short ..

In my opinon i dont like this mobile so much because the battery lasts only 4 days and it doesnt have a lot of memory

About the phones battery: 7-8 days in standby(minimal usage/minimal calls), and fully using it around 4-5 days. Its simply amazing how much hes baterry last. If u dont care about phone futures, if you want it for talking(as a phone it mentioned to be) its an amazing choice.

Well gx17 user I say your talking krap. I have one and its very cool. So donīt talk bad about what other people can afford.

Unlike others, I do have one GX17 for about a year. maybe it's old, but i only use SMS and voice anyway.
The menu is extremly logical, nice clean interface that Nokia users will appreciate as familiar. Syncs with my Outlook appointments using infrared or bluetooth.
Really nice phone despite the bad reviews i have seen above.
I assume the respective people have nothing more important in life than using that phone. :)
It's just a damn phone! That suits me perfectly. (i never forget birthdays anymore ;)...

My cousin has this phone.. It really sucks! Although he says it's a good phone.. I don't seem to agree.. When he shoots a video the sound is awful.
Tip: Don't buy this phone!

The Sharp phone (GX17) is quite good. It is 'solid', it can withstand rough handling. However it would have been perfect if it had MP3.
My PIN2 is blocked. How do I unblock it? Meanwhile I highly recommend this phone to any propective phone buyer.
