When communicating between SHARP GX20 and your PC use the software -Handset Manager-. The software can be downloaded at: http://www.sharp-phone.com/dow...countryid=11

An addition to the message I posted about downloading stuff from your GX20, you will need the GX20 handset manager loaded onto your pc. Good luck.

In reply to the various questions, this might help you. To activate the GPRS you have to contact the provider(vodaphone, O2 etc). For downloads to a pc with a data cable press the button in the middle, then Applications, then PC Link, then Data cable. As far as the Infra red is concerned I believe that it only works with a Infra red USB connection to download info to a pc, not phone to phone. I hope this lot helps.
