Has anyone figured out how to add words to the dictionary in predictive texting. Its not in the manual and I'm buggered if I can get mine to store new words. HELP!

Oh yeah and the infrared is bollocks it will not work. Vodafone have restricted it even if you put a different sim in there it wont work

Thanks Brad the Great, I have had the icon on my GX25 for ages of a little world with an excamation mark near it. I found out it was telling me I had a WAP Alert but couldn't find out how to read/clear it. Followed your advice and went to Vodaphone Live, although I did then have to choose Advanced from Options, anyway my problem is now solved and Im very grateful ^_^

Can anyone please tell me if I can download my photos from the GX 20 to a Mac ibook with OS X system? I have a data cable but it doesn´t recognize and the software is only for windows...

I bought a new battery for mine and it stopped switching itself off so much, still does it every now and again though......

I had this phone for over 1 year and it didn't
disappoint me. The only drawback is that you get borred of it very quickly. (very nice colours and ergonimic display - camera shots sharp pictures compared to others VGA cameras) Battery lasted 4 days. Also haven't got any software problems. HWCORE, Romania.

its a great phone, the only problem i have is the infared it works when it feels like. But i think it depends on how big the picture or video is when you use the infared.Then again there is multimedia! The picture quality is great really clear photos, and so is the video. Just a pity it hasnt got bluetooth. And you cant record your own ringtones.

Hey is think the sharp gx20 is great, but can these fones use infrared to connect to other mobile fones so that you can send or receive data vai the infrared. i tried with my mates but couldn't. could you please help me with that, thnx

To get to the WAP alerts you need to go into vodafone live and go to options (Right Hand Softkey) in there should be browser options or something like that I think its option 4. then choose option 4 after that again and those are your WAP alerts. Hope this helps mate

I have this unit given to me by my brother from UK. I really like the phone. But i have a big problem and i do hope you can help me. On the screen display there is a G for GPRS and WAP with an envelope under. As i understood, it is a WAP alert. How can i open it because when im trying to open vodafone live GPRS not connected (maybe because im here in the phils. with another network which is smart. One more thing the phone offs when im trying to open and read the messages folder. Please help me because im really disaapointed. Thanks

Sharp GX 20 is the best phone I ever seen.
In Romania the price is 200 €. Now I have a NEC 338 3G but is not so good. I will chanfe may phone and I will buy back may GX 20.
Is the best!!!
