i need help i can't send picture messages to my freinds i tried to activate the multimedia settings but it just wouldnt work because its o2 if some one can help me please do

this downloading pics to lap top sucks, i'v been trying for days and cant work it out, can download sharp pics but not my actual photos, any one figured it out yet...

An addition to the message I posted about downloading stuff from your GX20, you will need the GX20 handset manager loaded onto your pc. Good luck.

Hi can anyone help me i don't know how to download my pictures on my handset to my PC i have a data cable but it doesn't seem to work. thanx Theresa

In reply to the various questions, this might help you. To activate the GPRS you have to contact the provider(vodaphone, O2 etc). For downloads to a pc with a data cable press the button in the middle, then Applications, then PC Link, then Data cable. As far as the Infra red is concerned I believe that it only works with a Infra red USB connection to download info to a pc, not phone to phone. I hope this lot helps.

1.Please could you tell me why my pc won`t connect to hand set. I`have plugged in, but nothing happens. please help.
2.Am using vodafone sharp GX20 but the infrared is not working with other phone that have infrared.What can i do.Please help.

It is a good phone and works great but there is one thing i am having trouble with.... can someone please tell me how to set up the infrared so i can get pictures sent to my phone from my friends phone if it is actually possible. thanks.

Ya i have the same Problem,when im gonna Connect Via GPRS,it says you dont have a Connection on Gprs,so TRY to connect to CSD .... By the Way i bought this Phone From Voda Phone & i Unlock it when i cam back my Country which is Jordan.

i have a gx20 with o2 sim card in and have recieved a wap message but when i try to access internet it says gprs not available plse use alternative connection can some one plse tell me how i can solve this

Send the word STOP in capital letters back to the number you're recieving the texts from. I guarantee it will begin with 8 and is only 5 digits long....

That will put a stop to em

Has anyone figured out how to add words to the dictionary in predictive texting. Its not in the manual and I'm buggered if I can get mine to store new words. HELP!

Oh yeah and the infrared is bollocks it will not work. Vodafone have restricted it even if you put a different sim in there it wont work

Thanks Brad the Great, I have had the icon on my GX25 for ages of a little world with an excamation mark near it. I found out it was telling me I had a WAP Alert but couldn't find out how to read/clear it. Followed your advice and went to Vodaphone Live, although I did then have to choose Advanced from Options, anyway my problem is now solved and Im very grateful ^_^
