Im having this phone as an upgrade to a 6 year old phone, this seems to be the only phone on offer in my price plan. Can anyone tell me what is included in the box as I would like to put some music on it from my pc, is their a USB cable. I have not received the phone yet and would like to know before in order to buy any accessories needed.

please i used to have a sharp GX29 but is now stolen and i want to have it blocked completely and i have my prooves ie serial no. on the pack, pls. how do i go about it? thank you.

"can anyone tell me how to get the battery cover off? " If you slide the back down with one finger pressing gently on the camera lens, it comes off easily. Sounds odd I know, but its the only way I can get the cover off.

Great so far, but... can anyone tell me how to get the battery cover off? The instructions in the manual are pictoral and seem to indicate that you just press the back down and slide it off- if that's the case, I can't get it to work!!

yeh the fone is really light to what yew would think. it isnt very big. but not small either. kind of average size. one thing is though. It doesnt have a USB port or MP3 capability. The camera is very clear and takes good pictures though. In some aspects a great fone. in others not so great. xx

Sharps GX30 has mp3 player & ive found sharp to have the best camera`s out of all phones,(as i deal in mobile phones ive had plenty including K800!)not had a GX29 but ive had the GX1-GX10-GX10i-GX20-GX25-GX30-TM100 & the 709,these have all had excellent camera`s so dont know what "and the gods went cr" is talking about saying sharp are stupid for not having good camera`s!!!

one thing I could never understand, is WHY sharp is being so st_pid NOT to add the GX series the capability of MP3s or GOOD CAMERA?
and by the way, this phone...is big!
give sony ericsson k800 a look
you will see 4 urself that my xmas gift (1 of them) is incredibly better.

hope my question is not stupid,but some phones that initialy were told to suport only polyphonic sounds,turned out to play also mp3s....so,my question: does this phone play mp3?pls answer me...i'm looking forward to buy this phone,and i'd like to know...

this phone is actually good.i have had it for 6 months and i aint broken it yet =] even tho whn u video it don't last tht long,and the same with your recordings.but takin fotos is realli quality =].but i am updating this fone now =] yay! me

I need a phone duralbe and reliable. do you think that this fone, being a flip fone, would last? or would it be liable to break with frequent use? Im looking for a fone $500AU or under any suggestions???

I have had this phone for about six months now.It is very good ,i particularly like the time being on the front of the phone.
A few things bug me, like the way the battery runs out a little bit more every time you opena and close the phone.Also i found the memory wasnt enough,i currently have about 80 photos and 2 videos, i had to delete all the games to fit all that in.
I had the brilliant idea of putting it all on my laptop until i realised my phone didn't come with the usb port,it comes seperately.

it's camera is unbelieveble!!!!!!! and that screen is the best!!! far better than anithing else!!!

can you put more memory into it and also is it like the gx15 like you can record sounds but cant put them as ringtones? coz i cant do that with the gx15 hoping to get the gx29 for xmas

im sori i loved my gx25 and this phone is far from an upgrade on it and far from the same class or style. im so sori please dont hate me!!!! im just a gay guy who likes a stylish phone.

good looking phone, elegant and seems robust... to bad sharp's software manager (PC) does not allow uploading apps/games to phone using cable; cable/blutooth max. size transfer 100k

i like the look of the phone but does it have a radio or any sort of mp3 player..plus is there any website where i can check the quality of the pic it takes...cheers
