Can you lazy people stop asking questions about this (based on specs) and get your ass over to,
http://213.249.206.60/europe/u....asp?id=gx30
You'll find a full list of features and specifications on the phone.
Also, Sony Ericsson phones are certainly not crap. The upcoming SEs are inferior to the Sharp GX30, based on specifications and reviews. However, the GX30 has weaknesses - such as the VERY POOR bluetooth options.
Sharp are the king of the castle for now, but SE and Nokia have some plans up their sleaves.

Got the phone as a free upgrade! Initally loved it. photo quality was superb! Unfortunately there is no voice dialling from bluetooth and when you are on a call via bluetooth headset, when you shut the phone it hangs up the call!?! So I've got to leave the phone in it's open position and try to stuff it in my pocket when in the car making calls! No THANKS!! Returning it tomorrow, revert back to trusty Sony Er t68i until there new range come out in June/July.

i got it for 170 quid at 15 a month, its a nice phone with an awesome screen, camera is a bit slow but quality of pics is gr8. The light is also really strong, and the mp3s sound pretty good through speaker as well, and no mp3s cant be used as ringtones,

The phone is quite good shame about the 8mb card you can only fit 1 or 2 mp3s on i thought the camera would be slightly better.

GX 30 you cannot connect to your PC with Bluetooth (you swap files with infra red or a card reader). This phone only has Bluetooth for headset or car kit profile.
It will not play MP3 ringtones (NEITHER DOES THE NOKIA 6230)

does it play mp3 ringtones or what ?
i know this question has been asked before but alot of people are commenting without knowing the truth, that hungarian test said something about ringtones in mp3 ....so please, what's up ?
Also if someone mentions he and not she, deal with it, some of you that have been typing in this forum sound like little children, so relax, this is for informative purposes only, no?

just found this wiked thing with ringtones and stuff, you can get the light to flash different colours (disco mode), in time with the ringtone, and it vibrates with the beat!!! Don't know if it works with mp3s or downloaded ringtones but if it does it'll be bad-ass.
One other thing, no infa-red or bluetooth link to other phones, which is a bit gay.
