After 1 month it cut out and Siemaens say ater has got into it you shouldn't use it in the rain and now refuse to mend it and people think this is a good phone ?the thing has never been out of the house.Abit of a rip-off company

Hi,
I love my siemans A55 mobile phone but i cannot get any ringtones of my choice to work. I have spent a lot of money trying to get them. any help or advice would be much appreciated.
