A question
I recently purchased an A70.
With the phone "off" I periodically hear a series of beeps.
Any ideas as to what this means?

bought A70 in 05. very basic phone. some technical faults. sometimes ringtone switches itself off and u dont listen incoming call.same ring tone comes back even when you change to a new one.good only for emergency use.but sober and beautiful design.

I had A70 from 08.05 till 02.08, very durable phone, I used it as company phone I don't know how many hours i speak. I don't remember how many times i drop it on concrete, in sand, eve in water. Once car run on it and still it was working.

i have a wonderful mobile that is SIEMENS A70 but one day my son reduced its display contrast to 0 now the phone doesnot display anything please tell me what to do?

My A70 has 2.5 years and it works without problems, although it's scratches are very visible (it's damaged on exterior, the battery-fixer doesn't work and the battery-cover doesn't fix at body).
I'm thinking change this mobile to a better mobile, but i passed bad times with a problematic Motorola and i'm afraid of passing again with another new mobile....money costs a lot to win.

I use this phone for international trips(namely beijing) and it gets marvelous reception. Great device couldnt have been happier since the phone was such a reasonable price

My Mobile is Working Well be it has some Network Problem. When ever I use to Get inside of any Building at Ground Floor also it don't show tower, some time it use to switch off itself.

2 years later and with a battery-cover that doesn't fix, the battery lock was broken yesterday after falling down and now doesn't secure on the mobile by itself, but not so easily.
It's a good mobile and the battery is acceptable, but you don't expect too much for the price that what you pay for.
