hi 2 all,1st of all i wanna clear it 2 ya that Siemens A70 is quite much good money worthed fone as well as the amount which ya r paying 4r it is so cheap so if ya have a more money & want more features so just buy a cell fone according to ur pocket.

I like this phone, it is a good phone, with (very) standard features.
If you need a cellphone for calling or sending an sms only, This cellphone is very useful.
It can send an sms with 760 characters long, Very light in weight, and It costs only Rp 410.000 (US$ 43) in Indonesia

this is the worsssttttttttttt phone ever came on the market wat u guys was thinkin about makin the phone
this phone cant fall if it do runnnn
it so bad is best u buy a walkie talkie
lawd ppl dont waste ur money
i am livin in the caribbean and workin a cell store believe u me its the worst ppl will cut ur throat if u dont give them back their money so please siemens

A70 is a good phone,dispite that its a portable phone,easy to opperate,.just try one you will agree with me,no need to pay much its cheap.

After 11 months, although it's construction are very cheap (keypad makes noises after being used some time later and the panels squeak a little but i never expected too much in entry level's construction and i have a solid Siemens S35i) and it's a little slow, never gave me problems, keypad is very pratical to messages, SMS memory is essential and signal is good! It has aproximately 41 hours and 30 minutes of calls and almost a dozen of thousand of SMS (and i'm not just kidding because i sent many SMS per day)!

Here's the situation. I bought this cell for my mama, and I can say you can find BETTER phone easily! My old M35 was better than this. Nokia 1101 is a lot better and they have the same price. This is the reality.

its a cool phone. but i think that the orange colour display should be changed, it looks odd. any how it is a nice phone in price

Nothing new, kind of small; but practical u can´t ask more for the price!!
it works for me. but what the hell the little phones on the left of the in-message screen mean for god sake!

before this I had a C56 (well, an upgraded A56) which was unfortunately stolen.Now I have an A70,it`s not bad,but the menu is some difficult to understand.
Will somebody tell me if I can change the software to that of C56?

I'm using this phone sporadically, and I agree with the most of the opinions (to slow, very nice, handy...). But I'm anoyed by something: can it be that you can't answer with the green button, and mus answer with the top left button???

I've been using the cell since January 2006. My last experience with Siemens was with the S6. I loved that phone. This one is not bad but the really annoying thing about it is that it's too dang'd slow, specially sending messages. otherwise also, the menu response really needs some imporvement.

Overall decent phone. I would fall in love with it if it were much faster.

Hi It is just two months I have started using this Siemens A70.

Best things that i found are less weight and handy, bright orange color screen is too good.


Things that need to be improved.. Seems there are less features.. In the Phone Memory i can store only 50 Contact No's. How to increase/reduce the volume of the Incoming/outgoing calls. Is there facility for speaker phone. New ringtones cannot be downloaded, very less ring tones available within the mobile.. World Time is not available..

I like my mobile very much, but still these above features i seem to miss.. Thanks

I do not have a user manual for my Siemens A70 phone. Unlike the other phone types, i have searched through the internet to look for its user manual withouty succses. Can l please get it posted to my email or get the website for it? I need help.

Siemense A70
we have just bought the A70 3 days back but their is no English / Arabic phone manual along with the phone set.

I am un able to make any calls except the last two call I made at the begining when I have installed the SIM card.

I'm unable to unlock the phonecode.
and it gives a massege that the calls are barred.
