That phone is wow!!! but i had a Q, once it's software crashes is the flashing s/w available?

Bought this phone for my wife. Still have it until now. Working fine before. Only problem now is that it can't received any signal, probably antenna problem after my small kid throw it to the wall. So in the desk it gone to rest.
