That phone is wow!!! but i had a Q, once it's software crashes is the flashing s/w available?

Bought this phone for my wife.
Still have it until now.
Working fine before.
Only problem now is that it can't received any signal, probably antenna problem after my small kid throw it to the wall.
So in the desk it gone to rest.

You can use an .amr as a ringtone by going to the place it's saved, click "more" (or something, it's been a long time since i had that phone) and scroll down to "use as ringtone", which is grey, and press ->.

it's ironic how when this product was new, there were lots of praises but now, all there is are dissing..well, i'm guilty of that..i'm so frustrated with my phone..i do a lot of research b4 buying but somehow everything went wrong with my choice..when i read msgs, they took sooo long to open, i cant send nessages even if theres a full signal adnt he ringtone is low..

It's the worst mobile "thing" I've ever had. You can't call it a phone because you can't maintain a conversation in distance.
It went to repair severall times, they changed software, the whole phone and the problem remains the same. The signal is to weak, the receiver can't ear us properly and the call is cut along the way.
Don't even thing in buying this piece of irritating trash.

I have no problem with this phone.Have used it for more than 3 years and it is value for money.Serves the functions that I expected.No complains.

Only recently I've noticed the signal/reception is really low. I've been cut off during a call about 5 times, until we're too fed up to try again.
It takes too long to read your messages.
The keys didn't bother me before, but they're starting to now. I want to text fast and quietly, and these keys just don't allow that.
Hoping to get a new phone, but need recommendations.

It says in the book you can set your voice recordings for your ringtone, i cant seem to figure out how. Please email me on yeppi0@hotmail.co.uk if you know how

i`m trying 2 figure out how 2 set your recordings as your ringtone,
i`ve tryed changing the name 2 .mid, imy, but none of them work,

This phone it's the finest piece of crap I've ever put my hands on...and I've had about 15 mobile phones so far...my 1997 Eriksson was better than this phone, at least it works even today and my c62 went to repair 2 times and it's in the garbage as I write...

i have buy this phone and after one day of using it i sell it out. sorry to say this is a baby's toy made by siemens.

omg i have had some phones in my time and even them were better than this i really do regret this i am now looking to get the sony ericsson k700i the first time i saw the siemens c62 i thought it wud be good but really i would not advise you to buy it, thanks!

this phone is terrible...the signal is too weak till i cant listen what opponent are talking most of the time...sometimes no signal at all..there's some problem with the hardware...nor software coz it too slow when i go into my inbox..need to wait few min sometimes when inbox is almoz full.alwaz hang

This is a phone with a weak software.
Sorfware alwats hang!!
When i just bought it for a month,the sorfware hang when i turn on the phone...
The BE INSPIRED word just stop there....
This happen for a few times so at last i go to the shop and they reset the software for me,then everything is ok now...What a damn software this phone had..
I am 'very inspired' that the phone's picture viewer...
Let's say my main phone Nokia 6230i,the phone display pic without taking any single second but this phone take about 15-25 to view a still picture....

yes, it was so frustrating.... i was so excited the first time i used it, but it's been five months now keypads are still hard to press, and too small.

I have used this phone for few months. One of the worst phones I have ever used. Frustrating keypad, specially the functions keys. Phone will always slip out of hand. Severe signal problems even after two repairs and one motherbard replacement from siemens. Not recommended at all.
