i gt this phone last year for christmas it is rubish! it turned off once and neva turned bak on lyke som1 else said! i sent it bak and now it is fine also the battery is rubbish

I got this phone for Christmas last year. A about 4 months later it turned off on me and wouldn't turn on I though this was the end of it. I sent it back to siemens through my local O2 shop and since I got it back there has been no problem. The only problem I think is that the memory is not great, but apart from that I love it.

my poppy has worked fine until a couple of days ago.now,when someone rings me the display of what number is calling doesnt show.it just lights up.the display does flash for about half a second when they hang up.has anyone else had this problem???please help!!!

i bought this phone about six months ago and it worked fine up until recently. it seems to be worn out but it's designed for a much longer life than half a year isnt it? it has completely given up the ghost on my alarm and refuses to recognise that i've set it, but before it completely died it was only vibrating anyway instead of using the ringtone which was no help to wake a teenager up! now it wont let any texts through but any it does it sends like 3 days late! the bad thing is that it's past its guarantee so i'm getting a new more reliable one. i did like the mirror screen though.

i got myself this phone in the summer as a treat :) i was absolutely in love with the cute design, and it fits perfectly into your hand. i've heard people saying they had software problems and problems opening it with one hand, but i had neither of those (maybe because i have pretty small hands!). i was always taking pictures and making calls, and sometimes the battery would drain a bit quickly, but it never got so low that i had problems. when i got back to university i was always texting, so my memory would fill up quickly, but i don't think it's worse than any other phone. also some might complain about the lack of mp3 ringtones, etc, but i really didn't consider them a necessity, and this cute little phone's design totally makes up for it! i even used the mirror function on the screen way more than i ever anticipated. very handy.
all in all this is an incredible phone for a girl who likes a cute, functional communication too. i've lost mine now :( and i'm actually sad about getting a RAZR!

I recommended it when I first got it last Christmas, then in the Summer everything was breaking with it, the infrared didnt work, the internet didnt work, you couldnt send photos, it was screeching when i made calls.
So i sent it back to thr carphone warehouse who took SIX weeks to return it to me and in the end gave me a new phone as they couldnt fix my old one.
NOW, 3 weeks after receiving the NEW poppy phone, the sound has gone! the same problem as the post below except mine just stopped working one day and now doesnt work at all.
SO I have the same thing with sending it back to the Carphone Warehouse!
I just think ALL these phones are faulty.

I noticed today that my phone no longer made any noises...no tune at switch on, nor when someone calling nor when I received a text....it continued to vibrate though! Defeats the object of have the phone. However...I turned it off and charged it up again for an hour or so...and hey presto the tunes are back...any ideas why? and am I going to lose them again in the near future???

My parents bought me one at Easter because I saw it and I really loved it. For the past 4 months the screen has been freezing. Within the past 2 months it has been vibrating randomly and wont stop. More recently than that when someone tries 2 call me it either constantly virbrates and the screen freezes OR my ringtone jumps as well as the other two things hapening at the same time. I have to take the back off and take the battery out put it back in and switch it on all in the hope that the person ringing me hasnt hung up.
I cant stand this phone anymore and I strongly reccomend you DONT buy it although you may have a different experiance with this phone than I have. If you ask me it's an incredible let down and a great way t waste money.

Hi, i bought this phone about a month ago from the carphone warehouse. i tried 2 download tunes from the internet and it just sounded like someone muffled - ne1 else had this problem? also i found the menu diffucult to work thru and it wudnt charge up straight away when i wanted it too so all in all i wouldnt reccommend this fone 2 ne1

In the world of mobile shops one word descibes this phone 'boomerang' and for the lame that means one goes out and one comes back FAULTY. Rubbish at everything!!!

a good phone but sometimes wen i have sent a message the vibrations dnt stop n i have to turn it on and off again. i caint get the sound up when i record a video and takin pictures isnt very good! some times the screen freezes n i need to turn it on and off again! hopes this helps! xxxx

sometimes the ringtones wont stop and i have to switch the phone pff to stop them!! I wouldnt recommend this phone to anyone at all...its no good
