Very resistent. I wash my M35i with detergent. You can also drop it on the ground from 2m

I am surprised this phone is not as rugged as is claimed. In fact, mine fell and the display just went black and useless. I am still trying to figure out what to do with it.

giedrix, don't u ever again think about asking such stupid questions! T20 is one of the worsest phones ever made by anyone. I've tried them both, and believe me T20 SUCKS!! Go for the siemens, you won't regret it. I still use M35i
