can you help me ... where can buy a new.. external batery of my phone and then why if remove the batry of my phone all file downloaded in my phone is deleted such as messages contacts although it benq p50 has a built in batery inside or buck up bater...

hello to everyone can you help me for my benq p50 because downloand some aplications but.. the aplication is not running and apear in the dialog box of my phone that the authentication in that aplication is expired..
