iam having a problem with benq siemens i cant find any parts of these phone ive been saerching for a battery and head phones from all vodacom and orther phone shops but these is a real phone i wish i can get another one

I am using the Benq-siemens E61, now I am facing a problem that is "charging complete" when I connect the power cable to the device. when I remove the charger it is giving a message "low battery" and switched off. how to solve this problem? please suggest as early as possilbe.

i have this phone. this phone doesn't have java, bluetooth,infrared.one good thing usb conection.and when buy it in is 128mb memory card mobile memory is 2.9mb P.S i'm writing from latvia.
