I have gsmart I phone since 6 month,now yesterday i was created phone format on my phone but still it is not open * operated ,when i swith on mobile there is shown (align screen) ( Tap the target firmly and accurately at each location on the screen.the target will continue to move until the screen is alligned)

please guide

my daughter has locked my keypad with a code and she has forgotten the code.i have tried all the resets but i can't get the keypad unlocked.help!!!

I so much like this phone, but sudenly, it developed this problem that today I feel so bad watching it not being useful to me.
It does not want to start, even when it starts, it shows phone off, where as there is simcard and it will demanding for wireless radio. this i do not understand.
Please, I need your help

use your sylist .and on the right hand side you have a small hole .it restarts your phone

i have a g smart i and it refuses to switch on.when i turn it on it just says gigabyte and it stays like that.and i have no idea how sort it out or who to contact.pleeeeease help

I enjoy using this phone, but im having problems with it. recently it said my files were corrupt and it would not start up my internet explorer and now it only freezes when i switch it on. help someone please lindam@xsinet.co.za

Hi there

I have this wonderful cellphone, but now it's giving me problem.

It does not want to start, it just open the screen, shows the GSMART logo and it does not want to continue working, is freezed

I will appreciate any assistance in this regard.
