i am using also i i mate mobile sp3 since 3years and happy i witj it now the battery is down and how can i get or buy a new one. and i want to changes the body of my phone because it is paded but where should i? pls any one tell me.. thanks...

I had one...prety nice... i liked the operating system... it records in .AVI format... prety good sound quality... `lil bit old... but still, nothing to say...

hi i have used this mobile for a long time. u can very well have video playbacks.
s. java is not good with this mobile. also, the bluetooth may not detect other make mobiles (few times)
otherwise, it is an excellant mobile. u can customise it like anything.
the five way paddle is the best joystick available in any other mobile.

Guyes, pls tell me is this phone exactly same as the Qtec 8015, secondly, is it true that the video playback and java download facility is not there on this phone.
IN India, I am getting the Qtec 8015 which is probably the same as this one. and I am really unsure. I am particularly interested about the camera quality, video playback, and java software facility...shalll be very obliged is you can answer to sumeet_24@rediffmail.com

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2008-04-19 12:32 from i41G - click to readimate sp 3 cannot use mp3 as ringtone. you have to convert it to wav files and put in the folder under storage/application/data/sounds. to send file thru bluetooth, you should install smart explorer (3rd party application), it is better than the installed file manager. imate sp3 is a great phone but you should know and research softwares and applications for this phone (such as smart explorer, beta player, slovoed dictionary, etc.. - its free!.

The phone was low on battery and it died and I kept trying to turn it on without charging it and now it won't turn on even when I connect it to the charger... Did I fry something in the phone or just the battery? Will buying a new battery fix this problem or be a waste of money?
