I dropped my 343i the other day from a very low height. First the screen turned a solid color of blue, but the phone still worked. I could make calls despite the fact that I couldn't see what I was doing. Now, the device wont even turn on. I'm guessing it can no longer recharge. I would be extremely careful about not dropping this phone in the slightest way. It has a low tolerance to damage. Or maybe this is just this particular phone.

You don't have to buy an i mode sim card you can contact o2 customer service on 08705 678 678 who will add I MODE onto your sim card

Is there anyway I can transfer .JAR GAMES to me phone via USB cable??!!! pleeeasee help me. if there's no way, I'll be very dissapointed.. HELP ME!

I got this last wednesday, returned it on Saturday, usually have Nokia, not a patch on their phones, very tinny, back ovwerheats, ringtones are prehistoric, the screen froze, had to turn it off to unfreeze it.

To christie , it prob said connection failed because u avent got a wireless internet connection. They cost'bout £70.

In the Specifications about the camera I saw that words:(VGA, 640x480 pixels, video)
What it is mean, that we can make videos with that phone? If yes how becouse I cannot find how? Thanks!
By the way, it's a very exotic phone, I just buy it today, I like it much...It's a new stile, a good camera for this money.

Thanx dom did it in the end, I am using old sim card in new fone why can't i conect to i-mode it just says conection failed .

Help, I've hade my fone since xmas still acnt download the soft wear needed to conect to pc . I have tried to get it through the linc on here but nothing only one in french please could anyone help. And in plain english please because i'm not very good with the tecno stoff . thanx in advance lol

alright,,after 2-3 months of befriending with this NEC phone..one word..useless!not up to date with today's mobile-phone-suppose-to-be condition!unless u only want to phone out and receive calls solely..don't wish to do anything more with it!
I ve got a few tips here tackling the probs with this phone model:
1) If you find yourself couldn't change the ringtone,just rename the name of the ringtone you want, then change it!
2)the phone finds no signal if you place it in pocket or slightly enclosed place..TIP:just place it in the open air!
3) It will get jammed whenever you switch the camera in full mode..so..TIP:let it stay the way it is...don't switch it to Full screen! You have to get battery out to restart it.
4)..just get another phone with white colours..Sony Ericsson!

I just bought it 5 days ago, my opinion:
+Good sound quality
+Slim design
+Quite simple to use
+Multi-Alarm scheddulable by day of the Week
++Data cable is a regular USB connection, I use my MP3 player's cable with Nec's drivers
+Comfortable Keypad
+Application assignation to key
-Modes are not user friendly
-Lot of useless icons on the screen
- .wav not usables for ringtones
- poor quality and choice in the factory ringtones
final opinion : I did not choose this one, I had to change my phone and no money for it, good phone for the price ^^, the camera is not to bad, if you don't move

Has anyone found that you cant get a signal with this phone in places where other mobiles have no problems. Very disappointing.

go on to google.co.uk and select image and type what you want - then press menu and save the picture and it will store it in pictures under data!!
