I had a nokia 3110classic. And there was a big problem in software. I had done 29 times in only in 25 months. When its failed 30th time then i broke it.

This is one amongst the best phones from nokia in its time.... I still have it in good condition.... I had purchased it in 2008.... It have only minor problems like restarting, music player takes long time to open, gprs configuration settings not getting saved, email n calculator app vanished... to solve these just upgrade ur phone's firmware to the latest one....

solution for your problem is just flash/ update phone's firmware in nearest nokia care or mobile repairing shop.. I also had same problem which is solved by flashing/ updating phone's firmware to the latest one

For entry level itz good .i found its perfomance go low in course of time.The phone show frequent restarting,easily affected by malware ,require frequent updating.Camera is gd.Xpress music is better

Nokia 3110c is very good eg of nokia hardware achievements but not software.....So thats why companies like samsung,sony ericson.etc grew up rapidy with thier softwares & poor quality hardware and becomes the no 1. Mobile company so my motto is that nokia should improve its software..to android or our very known symbian.!

this phone is a very good phone.but a problem of this phone that is its flashing.it need to be flash after some times.This mobile also support Personal Area Network.By this u can use it as a modem for computer and connect to internet without pc suit.this feature is not suported by many popular phones.and support to application more than any other jave phone.
I like this Phone.
