Cheers, although I live in a remote part of yorkshire UK and considering I work in the only phone shop, finding a nokia store may be a little harder than expected. I guess I shall probably just have to bear with it.

Update your phone's software. Go visit a Nokia store or business center. It should be free and covered by the warranty
