hi as far as i can see you will have to do a hard reset on your phone which will put it back to factory settings, failing that here is an web address to a manual for the xda orbit hope this helps you fix your problem. http://www.my-xda.com/pdf/user...

hi insert the usb ear phone plug into the phone so as to be able to hear the radio.
