my qtek 1010 have lost the software it just stay in blue background and logo qtek..What am gonna do this..Can I ask a cd again or copy to reformat? is this needs to reformat? how to reformat this properly..pls I need ur reply ....

Any phone that has Windows Mobile (including this Qtek) doesn't need any driver installation CD to work. Just search for Microsoft Activesync and download it. Activesync has all phone drivers included in it.

i also lost the rubber cover for the sim slot and the phone won't function unless it is placed properly.where can we purchase the rubber covering?help.thanks.
