Beka you can`t change language only if you reinstall windows mobile on phone .. or of some old versions if you reset the phone but i don`t think it will work to qtek 9100 .. just try to reinstall soft .. is on google search windows mobile (version) but check for viruses

about the question on msn-u cant see pictures on msn on ur qtek. and about the question about batteri-this goes for al types of batteris-lap top batteri/mobil batteris and so on-if its getting old and dont last so long anymore u should take a plastic bag and put the battri in the bag and close it very good then put the bag in the freezer for about 12 houers then u take it out and U HAVE 2 WAIT AT LEAST 2 OR 3 HOUERS LET IT DRY IN A WARM AND DRY PLACE SO NO MOIST IS INSIDE IT-THEN U PUT IT IN UR PHONE OR LATOP OR WHAT EVER AND U CHAGE IT-this makes the battri as new-so now u can charge the batteri and it wil last much longer. besides u should never use the phone while charging it-coz its not good for the cells in the batteri-best thing is 2 turn the phone of while chargeing it-never charge and make calls coz the battri is dameged by it-means it will not last very long and u have 2 charge it all the time. but the freezer thing works-i got it y self from someone and i tryed it and its really a good way of saveing the battri. hope u guys can use my adwise. take care and good luck.

Has anyone experienced the backlight setting reverting to power save even if it is set to the brightest setting possible. each time I try to use the phone i have to manually increase the backlight setting - can anyone help.

Go to the dial screen. Choose menu, then options, choose services. In the screen choose voicemail and messages en press the button 'retrieve...'. The name of the button is a guess. There is only one button, so you can't miss.
It will retrieve the number for voicemail and messages from your network.
