This handset have some problems.

This mobile has problems with MP4,some 3gp video formats & some java applications, even it doesn't support any sort of mobile software of any size & format in any condition. Even it cannot bear more than 300 messages. Though it has some good features but fails in comparison to current mobiles in terms of features.

over all this phone is ok but it's music quality through the headphone is really nice.

Hi, I am using this phone since 1.5 years, it's become switch off itself and battery backup is not good as well.I contact to SAMSUNG service center he charged me much more than it's real price today.So I advice u to don't buy any SAMSUNG phone in future.

I have been using my phone since December 2009 and now it happened several problems. First of all, the screen definitely turned off. It doesnt bright anymore. The sound just worked when I used the speakerphone. I left it at the Samsung technical Support and they charged me much more then it really values today. So, don´t buy the Samsung M2710.

I'm using this phone for last 18months and it is absolutely no problem mobile, look is very stylish & elegant, sound system is very good. The features are well incorporated and user friendly, easily manageable. I would have buy another phone for my wife.

This phone loks very good but it has many problem it cant play mp4 video ,theams, all java application, some 3gp videos and it has very big problem with slide . As usual it damage after interval period so i sujjest u 2 dont buy any samsung mobile buz above problem can be seen in all models of samsung which is i seen

even i also have this phone but this phone do not have features like other it we can not get its theme we can not se video in full screen etc
