Very capable lightweight mobile, average reception in strong signal areas, although light can be slippery to hold.Hspda is fast and efficient.touchscreen very good and sensitive better than f 480.Found is more user friendly than f-480.screen can be tricky sometimes for quick texting .Overall i give it 8 looks ,4 signal call quality, internet 8,overall 8/10 but don,t buy for grandma.

> In reply to Audrey @ 2010-03-09 14:35 from TREeThis isn't a ridiculous product - I have one of these as a backup mobile (I'm also an engineer) and it's reliable and clear, feature rich and stylish for it's asking price.
This phone would only behave that way if in a bad reception area or if it were faulty.
Its a solid design that will last at a budget price

> In reply to Puneeth @ 2010-03-08 11:08 from 2SPHWell i always get the "no event" sign :) anyways... it sais here that it has 'turn-to mute'

i turned this phone in all directions but could get it to mute :) i persume there is no turn-to-mute right?

about the phone reception... no problems with me.. it probably got a lot more to do with your service provider and settings (3G, 900/1800,..) then with the phone itself.

I bought this phone thinking that it is a no frills phone that can serve basic functions (sms & call). To my horror, after some of usage I am deeply disappointed.

To be fair, I must say that the screen is beautiful and the interface is quite nice to use.

Unfortunately the phone has horrible reception. Several times a day, I have to actually 'reset' my phone networks so that I can either send out a message or make a call. I think for most of us, would expect our phone to actually work (be able to sms and call) without any problems. So I think the level of reception is not acceptable.

After 2 months of usage, I think it's not a functional phone. I can't wait to rid myself of this ridiculous product.

> In reply to Mario @ 2010-03-03 13:21 from nxF1@ mario, that symbol is "!" when u have no missed call nor msg unread.. .
i.e., suppose u get a message an u don read it nor exit... in such a case that widh\gets changes to message icon.. .similarly with miss'd call.. .

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2010-03-03 11:07 from vIwSUse the * and the led will glow on as long as you don't go back. That is what it does with my phone.

Want to ask another question -- among the widgets there is a widget (with a green sign !) that you cannot remove from the bar, if you drag it onto the main screen it says NO EVENT. I tried every thing on the calender, notiications and everything and it always says NO EVEN.

1. What is this widget for?
2. How can I remove it from the bar 'cuz it's annoying as it gets to the first place on the bar automatically?
