this is the worst phone in Siemens Make, S40 frequently software corrupted and no service for the same.

sir, with due respect i state that my S40 was working very nicely,but suddenly it has stoped working.The said mobile was sent to local workshop but they said that it can be repaired by the company only.Please help me.

when U lost your inbox and outbox, turn off phone pick up the SIM card, enter the code *#337# and ten turn it on... ATTENTION!!! U lost all sms and kontakt on phone...

I also have the sms inbox problem. I cant access my sms inbox or outbox. Now I read that one can reset the phone but does one also lose the saved sms on the phone when doing that? If one does lose the saved sms with the reset, is there a way to avoid lossing the data? For example, with a upgrade of software? In addition to that, is there any software to export the sms inbox and archive? Thanks

the worst fone siemens had. Have been abroad wit roaming and he blokked, never been able to start him up again, even with data cable and specialists.

I've tried to reset the phone with *#337#. but It can't be done...because when I pull out my card it starts and it says Introduce card ... on the screen I've written *#337# but it doesn't do anything...what buttun should I push ??? It just won't work!

Well I do have the phone but it has a very very weak battery, Everytime I have a call that goes beyond 2 min, the phone is dead, can anyone help me??, More problems that I have not used it for almost two months, and it is dead, even with the charger it is not comming alive....HELP Please !

just upgrade ur software version to 9.0.0 . ask ur local siemens service center to upgrade.. its free, after Ok dont u ever left ur inbox+sent item+draft full, because I think if the buffer stag , u'll have a problem with sms and phone book, I love my s40, its exclusive. thanks

I bought a Seimens S40 cell and after charging it, i used it for few minutes and the phone went off.The cell doesnt come on again even with a new battery.
Pls what cou;d be the problem?
