mini pro and live for walkman has about the same specs...almost every 2011 s.e. phones have the same specs btw
key advantage of live with walkman:
screen size (3.2 inches vs mini pros 3.15)
key advantage of mini pro:
more internal memory
better screen quality
keyboard
I have been able to compare side by side the mini pro and the mini and I've noticed
mini pro has a brighter screen...placed both in the middle settings...mini pro has a matte screen while mini has none as you can see mini should have the edge here as there is no matte screen to lessen the brightness of the screen...but lo and behold....sceen of mini pro is still brighter....alarmingly so ^^
and mini pro actually has a bigger screen than mini
mini pros screen is similar to x8 in size

the only thing that live for walkman has over mini pro is the fact that lww has a bigger screen
and yet mini pro has a better screen quality thanks to its bravia engine
go for mini pro dont hesitate, its fast, stylish and very compact ^_^

Btw, I dropped my phone and I'm already experiencing a bit loose on the left side but I can still use it as good as new, it just bothers me because it might be more-loosey after months of using.

> In reply to badap @ 2012-05-27 08:33 from YTZb - click to readIt has to do with stability issues only. For users of Play, I think they are all savvy enough to root their phones and may already be running Cyanogenmod ROMs.
Sony cancelled this update after numerous reports of games crashing. In spite of their best efforts, it seems, unfortunately they haven't been able to resolve all issues.

> In reply to lolfan @ 2012-05-27 16:42 from teu3 - click to readYou can recharge a li-po battery whenever convenient, without the full charge or discharge cycle necessary in order to keep battery at peak performance like nickel-based batteries. (Over time, crystals build up in ni-based batteries and prevent you from charging them completely). One thing that we should concern about is battery voltage. During discharge on load, the load has to be removed as soon as the voltage drops below approx. 3.0 V, or else the battery will subsequently no longer accept a full charge and may experience problems holding voltage under load. (You can check battery voltage by dialing *#*#4636#*#* to see current battery information). So it's not recommended if you wait until the li-po battery is drain completely every time you're going to recharge it.

hmm one cool feature of ics is that it supports being able to shoot pictures and record videos at the same time,
since xperia mini pro is the same in spec as the htc one V(which has ics and is able to shoot pictures and record videos at the same time)
will S.E. implement it on the ics of mini pro?
