love my m65! :) but yesterday my joystick broke, which of course is very sad. :( now i just try to reach whatever is left of the key with my fingernails. can't go on like this forever. help me please locate a store that sells parts so i can have this repaired asap? thanks so much.

its a gr8 cell phone!!! it makes me feel free, i don hve to worry abt spoiling it. coz u can never spoil it. n its very much user friendly. and u can brouse in net pretty fast!!!!

i was using this phone for 1 year... jus few days b4 i changed to nokia....m65 is a funtastic piece of engineering work...very durable, i have dropped it plenty times soaked it in water used it in my shower not even a single time i had problem wit it.....nice camera quality for a vga type...draw back is it does not have music player and expandable memory!

Great Phone- has served me well for nearly 2.5 years though the battery is starting to fade a little- but that is to be expected for a phone of this age that is never turned off!

no its no broken it has the most strong body....that is not whole it is for some purpose as all M65 have it.....its the most strong phone ever biult..read the IP54 Norm Certification as M65 with stand more and have much resilliance than Nokia 5500,Nokia 5500 failed to achieve the IP54 certification.
i think problem is solved now

hello everyone
i bought a M65 and in the lower part of the phone at corner below to the hash(#) button which is dipped inside(corner)to prevent any corner damages have a slight oppening and it is perfectly square and its abt 2 cm.....is this a mic whole or is M65 broken....if it is broken should i seal it with some super glue?.....need help here or at my e-mail...ill be thankful

I have this phone for 2 years now and i like this phone for it's resitance and it has a nice wap browser. Wav ringtones sound quite well but 10 mb isn't much. Could be more.

I Had his phone over 2 years now it is the most durable hand set that i have eaver sean and i am facing a problem to find a new phone with Wi-Fi and to be anti water, shock and dust like this M65

I've had this phone for over 2yrs now, it has proven to be a well engineered, well made and utterly reliable phone. It has been dropped, drowned and been exposed to the harshest environments and it still goes! Before this phone I would destroy a phone about every 2 months or so! BRILLIANT!

Finally I have bought this phone after the first time I saw it 1 year and a half ago, I think that design is amazing and unique, as the same of the exterior colors, but, sadly there's a "but", the software design is poor and its not friendly as other phones... here after, I have been looking for any kind of update for the firmware, themes, tones anything that can improve the phone's performance and I haven't had any luck, because it seems since siemens-benq fusion, their site has no options for support, if there is anybody that can help me, I'll be grateful for ever... thanks in advance and regards to the forum ! PD. I have tried almost all links published here and no one works anymore ={

Most of the comments I have seen relate to upgrading the handsets software. You can do this easily through benQ-siemens portal as long as you have the interface cable. Also manuals and moblephone manager for your computer.
Never had a problem with this phone after all the upgrades. The only problem is finding the replacement battery.
