Siemens MC60 - user opinions and reviews

hey the new sony ericcson has the camer by 288x3552 and the siemens mc60 has the camera 352x288 so does that mean it has the same camera quality?

I'm using it since day one. And until now, it is still working very well and I'm very happy with this phone. Like Steph has said.. $300 phone with all these great features.. I'm a very satisfied customer!

this phones is not too bad. but poor in color display and small memory capacity. i suggest that siemens has to be more inovated in menu and memory for next series as well other branded. gambatte hoshii...

I really thinks this phone is good,cheap and it worth money,but i also agree that the screen is too poor.It will be nice if siemens "repair" this problem and issue another model like this.I wanna ask you for more information for MC62.I recommended motorola e365 it is much better than this fone(has 65K,better camera and so on).

I have bought mc60 a couple of days before. It is good, but There should be some advancement in color scheme .

I think the camera or the picture nor sharp because the pixels is only 101 X 80, unlike nokia using 128 X 128 but still not very sharp, so what you expect from 101 X 80. It's true that we should compared an apple with apple, that' fair. Each brand & models had its own plus & minus and all depends what we want and willing to pay for it. Thank you.

Every one saying that this phone is shit, what are you expecting for a $300 phone. it is a cheap camera phone for thoes who cannot afford phones such as the sony ericsson or the nokia 7250. plus if you don't like it then don't buy it, simple as that. i don't even know why you are complaining for because it is not that expensive and it is actually a really good phone. i have had once since they came out and i like it way better then the 7250. it is light weight and yes the camera pic isn't that good but you can hardly tell.

I don't understand why the mc60 gets bad reviews from so many people. I've got one and it's a great phone for the cost. Its got heaps of features. People say the camera's not very good but I've compared it to the sony ericsson t610 and you can't tell the difference when viewing photos on pc. It's certainly not fantastic quality but what do you use the camera for anyway? It's just a bit of fun and a convenience to have a camera handy for those moments. I guess if I wanted to take my wedding photos with it I'd be somewhat disappointed - but seriously people, stop whinging and buy a digital camera if you want great quality. I'd be interested to hear from anyone who actually uses camera phones for anything other than taking unnecessary photos when drunk or bored anyway. seriously people, post here what you actually use your camera phone for. If mobile phones are that important to you and you are willing to spend loads of money then the mc60 is probably not for you but for everyone else who wants a fun phone with all the same features as the more expensive phones for half the price, then get the mc60. Stop the bad reviews of this phone!

the feature is oke but still has limited in operation. mainly on writing text for message. where in previous series we can move to the font that we would like to edited.
the pad is more softer. the picture for photo option is not clear.
thank you! I hope i could find in other latest series. I am a SIEMENS oriented.

Nice shape and feel, but really poor camera.Reminds me of very first phone camera attachments-novelty and not much else.Disappointed.Had a 7250 before;its camera was MUCH better.Fair enough, this phone is not even half the 7250's price in the UK, but I was expecting more. 'You pays yer money..etc.'I also think the S55 has a better range of ringtones.(just my opinion..)At least the sound recorder, like the s55's, is fun. Giving my mc60 to my nephew...

bad screen, alright features, slow to respond, crashes a lot, the only good thing is the looks,
try the sharp gx range instead, easier to use and better quality.
