I am pretty looking forward to buy the S45, just that the fact that Nokia being so famous around the community acts as a downfall and also those changeable front panels that are available on NOKIAs that is not on the S45. Wonder if there is anything else I should know about this phone apart from the charger plug being different in European models to Australian ones.

im using the s45 for 2 months.it is a great gsm,very good batt.,the LCDis perfect and the signal much better than any Nokia.The menu has everything,exept bugs!!!try the 21 version.flex memory is about 350kb which is realy big, because there is no mp3.i worry only about the color of the navykey

A high end phone, really neat.. i'm the proud owner of a silver version, and i must say: never nokia again! i've had the 6210,8210, 8310,6510, but siemens rules!

I've got a siemens s45 and I think that is a very great mobile phone and if some people would like to buy it, this is a very good select. I use my mobile a lot of time and it has got a lithium battery very good.

hello... uncheck the silent alert in audio.
this is a great phone with good batery life and good reception. this phone is much better than ericsson t39m.

I have been using the S45(or 6618 in Asia) for almost 1 month. This is the best phone I have ever used!!! Tons of great features/functions....is one of the best value phone u can get in the market!! The price has dropped to about RM750-00 in Malaysia (approx. US 1 = RM3-80)...there are plenty of logos(gif or bmp files) and also ringtones(midi files)

Its a great phone. I bought mine last week and its impressive. Its packed with cool features! Great amber backlight, organizer, and has a flexible memory to store your messages, bitmaps and ringtones!

I have a s45 mobile phone, i have a lot of dust on and in mij phone. thats the only thing that is wrong at mij phone. The s45 is a good phone.

The software seems to do the following: Full GPRS Class 8 support – 57,6kBit/sec, also via infrared (IrDA); Full EMS* support with up to 760 characters, pictures and sounds; Kung Fu by Battlemail™; MS Outlook™ data synchronization via infrared (IrDA).Maybe it will solve that April BUG.
