The set is nyce. It only play wav file but only 8 bit per second and the voice quality is not good If you wana better sound Convert the music file into wav file and with the help of equlizer stop the beat and increase the Tre. so that we can get good voice.arslan@arslan.arslan

If you want to play mp3 and wav files decoded to 44 kHz IMA ADPCM stream go to allsiemens.com forums and install ElfLoader 2.3. Then follow the instructions to install 44 kHz patch and mp3 player.

I Bought this phone,
it's agood phone,but there is one thing that's really missing, It doesn't play MP3 files.
I tried many thing but nothing really works.
does anybody know a good prgram for my problem??

Like many other Siemens phones, it has problems with the keys. I have this phone for a year and a half now and I cannot press half of the keys.
Camera is terrible and the voice recorder is useless!
But it has few advantages: it memorizes the length of an unanswered or a missed call; its copy/paste ability is very useful in sms writing; organizer is perfect!

If you have to buy Siemens, you should buy this one, otherwise, don't take it even for half of its price!

Hi! I had a hard time trying to get clean music from this phone. Only a low quality 8/8wav files was the best that worked.
Does anyone have better suggestions to get better music and videos?

hi everyone i;m a big fan of this phone in fact i've got 2 now at home :) but iu have a problem neither one of them connects to the pc via cable Do I have to modify something in the phone menu for it to work? also my usb cable is installed and recognised so there has to be a problem from the phones

It's a great phone especially with software modifications made by russians :) the only bad thing is that it doesn't play mp3 but mine plays :D

how can i play mp3 song. if i need any mp3 player as like real player, winamp so then inform me from where i get that by free download, and games and multimedia software.application file and how to install the files actualy i would like to do many other aplications but i can not.

good phone
I bought it in 2nd hand condition is still great. I convert from mp3 to wav for making ringtones. 1,3MPix is average.

I have for some reason had this phone for three years now. I bought it because I wanted a functional phone with a good calendar, tri-band and big display. I got it and even if all newer phones are better it's still good. The only thing I have to complain about is the battery which after a year started to last for three days, and now I charge it every 2. day. But still a good phone which I'll keep as a second-phone when changing into samsung D600 next week

my S65 worked for a year and it didnt work anymore. i think it has a software problem. what can i do because the shop keeps telling me it cannot be fixed

Siemens S65 is a very nice & beautiful mobile phone
I read many of reviews posted here...
This phone is having a good camera* for day light only
Not for night, then how will someone have good photos{users should know this}
It's working fine, am using this phone for more than 2yrs.

I need to delet all the data on my phone i.e. phone book and pics etc before i can sell it.

About the Siemens S65:

- The camera lens has no lens cover, so the lens will always be dirty, so your pictures will always be horrible unless you clean the lens every time :-(

- The setup for using this phone for surfing the web does not work :-( I also get no MMS, no java downloading etc.

- People recommend upgrading the firmware. To do that you need to buy an expensive cable :-(

- No MP3 :-(

- No radio :-(

I bought the phone at the end of 2006 for a very low price at an end life sales. I was atracted for the 1.3 Mp camera but in 3 months I sold it very dissapointed.No MP3 ands still memory card????... The quality of the photos is very, very low. Photos made with VGA Sony Ericsson k700 are much better. The design is quite good, but if you want to write a SMS, is very difficult. It was my first Siemens and I think the last after Nokia bought the German group. My qualification: 9 for design, 8 for features, 5 for performance.
