I have had this phone 5 months now and i can't wait to get rid of it. It is the worst phone i have ever owned, it has crashed on many occasions and i have had to send one back. I can't connect it to my computer and the lack of videoa and bluetooth is REALLY annoying. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE!

i had this phone for christmas and i havent got the slightest idea how to get my fone connected to the pc with my usb cable ive tried millions of times just dont seem to work. can n e one help?

hi, does anyone have a problem with this phone with it randomly hanging. mine hangs sometimes when taking pictures.It just gets stuck at the picture I have just taken. I have to remove the battery to fix it. soemtimes it gets stuck in other menus too. I guess this is a fimrware problem which can be rectified right. if so is there one out there

here is what the specifications say. 100 pictures on XGA mode, 300 on VGA mode, and finally 900 ( apprently) on wallpaper mode. remember this is only an esitmate. each of these modes have a quality low medium and high so in essence there are 3x3= 9 options for picture quality. as a rule just assume the numbers uoted are for the low quality option for each mode XGA, VGA and wallpaper.hope it helps

i hate this phone its horrible i have had 3 seiemens phones all upgrades of each the little red slidy one then the black slidy one and now this i dont no why i didnt learn but there all terrible its turns its self off its goes black no records can be used as ringtone no video no bluetooth its just terrible. im lookin at gettin a samsung z500 on the 17th of april what does any one think can wait to get rid of this phone cant wait to stand on the thing and completley destroy it, dont get this phone unless you want a poor phone.

I bought this phone nearly seven months ago and in that time i have had three of them swapping them each time with problems! I've had so many problems with it- first of all i could not get the pictures onto my computer, the second one i got had a faulty camera and would not get of the black and white mode, and all three of them crashed on numerous occasions! I would NOT recommend this phone!I bought it because it looked SO stylish and i loved the swivel camera but little did i know how many problems it would cause me! No wonder it has gone down by £100 on virgin in the last six months!

Got this phone a few days ago and love the look of it. However I'm having big problems setting up email on it. The manual is really poor. I'd be greatful for some guidance.

Hi Wife has had this phone for just over 1 week and very happy with it. I have had no problems connecting it to my PC I installed the data suite first then pluged in the USB cable and loaded the driver which is on the supplied cd, attached the phone and copied pictures to PC and uploaded some better ring tones. Transfer speeds are not fast but it does get there just be patient when transfering data to from phone. Hope this helps those having problems.
