palmer... siemens did not copy from nokia. the SL55 was based on an earlier siemens model SL10 with slide keyboard design too then the 7650 came out.

WHy do they have to imitate nokia 7650 in design? But this siemens looks a lot better, in fairness.

i'm from belgium I find all the GSM 's to expencive in belgium because of the high taxes bud in fact the are all to high priced !!! i'm still looking for a good gsm with bild in cam for a low price like about let us say 300 us dollars!

This phone is much to small for my hands.
And what's the use of a colorscreen when it's so small?

I would definitely buy it, it looks nice small and compact with nice design only problem is that it hasn't got bluetooth

It looked like a good phone and design quite similar to Nokia 7650 but it does not have the built-in camera and the memory space of 1.6MB is definitely too small. Since this model has came out later than the Nokia 7650, Siemens should have improve on the Memory space and have something better than the existing model and not worst off. What you think?

I was surprised when see this SL55 in shop.It is togather different as seems to be in picture. I fall in love in my first sight and purchased at once as only few sets were left in Islamabad, Pakistan.
