Had my Siemens SL75 for one week now and its absolutely brilliant. I used to have an SL55 and that was good too. I've had no problems with either phone. (My SL55 worked fine in NYC too!) Don't believe all the negative reviews you read. Most of the time its just the owners not understanding how to use it! I recommend the SL75 to everyone male and female. Enjoy!

Having been used to Nokia mobiles up to now, I was really reluctant change, but I don't regret a minute of it. The SL75 is a brilliant phone - easy to use, stylish and funky too! Would highly recommend it to anyone even remotely considering buying this phone.

This is a great girlie phone, looks very feminine, feels substantial in your hand, the slide makes it so easy for answering and cancelling calls (and is not cheap plastic like some of the others I've tried). I've had the phone for 4 weeks and Ive had no faults, no freezing, etc. The battery is lasting only about 2-3 days, but I have been using it alot. For talking, texting, and taking photos, which is all i use it for, its perfect!

Eric

I'm not a big fan of SE, 'cause they are too large and clumpsy. I really like sl75. It's a real statement and very feminim. I'm a girl you know. But you really didn't answer my questions. I have also read all the opinions, but I still it's a fantastic phone. My only concern is the colours of the menu and how the ringtones sounds. Thats it. I dont need it to take many pictures with, and I've allready got a MP3 player. So that's not nessesary. But thanks anyway, Eric.

Heidi
I was trying to buy the Siemens SL75 but after reading all the reviews and opinions of the phone i changed my mind, I personally recommend you Sony Ericsson's K750i that is a wonderful phone 'till today, I guess?? although this week they launched the Nokia N70 and its a WOW but seriously check out the K750i because I changed my mind and instead of buying SL75 after reading all the problems with that phone I am happy with my buy.
Good luck, and any question feel free to ask!

Does anyone know how the menucolours is? I'm seriously thinking about buying this phone, but only if the colours of the menu is really nice and major clear.
And what about the sound of the 40 channles ringtones? How are they??
Please respond!

Is this freezing problem normal in this phones? and will the firmwares be enough to stop this issue, bluetooth does'nt work? who would want a phone like this? I want to purchase this phone but, can owners of this cell phone tell me is it worth your money or not? I would appreciate if someone of you'll help me.

I've had the siemens sl75 for almost 4 weeks now and i'm on my 3rd now hoping to change for another model all three have had similar problems freezing, switching off and bluetooth faults. The phone looks great, i love it and has the wow factor but unfortunately due to an 18 month contract i am not happy to keep the phone with so many niggly faults.

I wouldnt say this phone is for guys or gals. Its an all rounder I know previous models of Siemens slider phones have been aimed at both, so this one would be the same. I have just got this phone and its awesome. Its down to preference. If you want a girls phone get the Nokia 6111 or wahtever number it is. lol
