Well, it might be expensive but when you use it to call for help in the middle of a hurricane, where thoudsand of other phones are long gone then suddenly, it won't be that expensive no more. Unless... you life isn't worth that 500 euros.

It's a NICE phone...it's built to last...so it would be imposible for it o look like the Arte. i gave it 10-10-10 because it's a tough phone..it lasts..and it looks like it means business - industrial like, it's not meant to be gay-ishly good looking. It's kinda' the same difference as between a CAT truck vs RolsRoyce. Each targeting a specific & very different

The looks of the phone arent inportent for construction workers or something like that. How hard is it to find a yellow phone on an construction yard ? its much easier than finding an blackphone. And what phone resist water dust etc like the Sonim. I think its an good phone. Only the price is way too much if you see the functions it offers.

To let everybody understand this phone is built for outdoor use. You can bring this whenever you go trekking, biking, fishing and anywhere you want with harse environment. But there are features that are lacking: GPS, Thermometer, Altimeter, Barometer and long battery life.

Similar specs have been available in "adventure" phones since 2005!!
What's the point of this device? Apart from being ugly it offers almost nothing new. Ok, it is water resistant, but where is the GPS. geo-tagging, etc?
