The phone is good ... I have it for a year now ... Sad enough after merging Sony Ericsson , you can NOT get the accessories specially the battery any more in Egypt even at the authorised dealers ... Terrible reputation for Sony ... Will never buy the Brand name " Sony" again ... After sales service is much more important than the product itself .

Used Z5 for 6 Months, very user friendly, very easy to work with. As a telecom employee, I think it had most of the practical aspects of a cellular such as quick modal changes, meeting, single beep, etc., quick launch of wap, T9. Yet its' thirst for consuming battery power was unbelieveble. Meanwhile changing battery with a higher capacity item can solve the problem. Nice one from Sony, though by todays' standards its screen colour will be considered as old.

but two questions. How can I delay its answering machine for more rings? and why its battery charge decays so fast(only about 30 minutes talk)?

I got a Sony CMD-Z5 mobile. when i try to add new phone nos it asks for security code which i don't have. Please suggest me how to solve this problem ASAP.

benim sony z5 model bir telefonum var fakat telefon rehberini sildim telefon bozuldu biz flash ını yükledik düzeldi şimdi ise hattını bulamıyor bana bu konuda yardımcı olur da logger ve calculator software lerini night@mailcity.com adresine gönderirseniz memnun olurum çünki türkiye de bu telefonu kimse yapamadı.

this is probably the best phone ever made. I cannot understand why they discontinued it. there is littlr to improve about the phone other than add ons like mp3, colour etc.
