My aspen mobile is not charging.... what is the problem. I have been charging it like 12 hours still it is not working. i tried to turn it on and take the battery out no result. what should i do?

My phone has just developed a problem with the speaker, I suspect. Can't hear my callers. Can only be heard or hear my callers when I put it on loudspeaker.Please help

I have Purchase Aspen in Jan 2011,
Since beginning it is so worst to understand,
worst for multitasking functions and many more.
i have register my phone with sony official website but recently sony has wipe-out this model from site.
It is just looking nice but operation wise very cheap
