Once you've dropped the phone, the paint comes off revealing a WHITE plastic underneath. Yes, White! This phone is not designed to last. It is designed to impress you at first glance, (and keeps you coming back for more). If i am not careful, this phone will look totally used after only six months of use.

I’ve been an ardent Nokia fan all my mobile using life, I tried to break the jinx & bought this phone to be different. BIG mistake, don’t even consider buying this phone. I’ve had it for 4 months & I’ve had to send it to repair twice already. The problems being (due to no fault of my own): the earpiece speaker stopped working for an unknown reason & annoyingly the phone crashes & looses reception (constantly). The only way to restore it is to switch it on/off. The whole process takes about 6 to 8 minutes.
Next time I feel like doing something different, I’m going to try it with a Samsung or an LG.
Save yourself some hassle & steer clear from this bundle of unnecessary stress & bother!

which is better??? c510 which seem to have bad opinions.. or the k77oi which has a good opinions... based on their users... should i go to k770i now??

I had my sony C510 last may 2009, i was happy at that time bacause of the design and all... I've noticed that the phone hangs when I have to read messages or each time I open messaging-menu... Whenever I use it for calls/some one calls, the phone over heats... I THOUGHT THAT'S NORMAL... then early oct 2009, i switch it off the phone to reset it, and i cannot switch on already.... HELP.. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO...

i've heard that you can't change the message alert tones to your mp3 songs if it is not fixed with the next software upgrade.. is it true?

the phone is utter crap i have had 5 of them as they donot work properly. my battery has turned white everytime then switches off completely

this fone is great and simple. the only gripe i have about it is that when shooting in night mode, you have to stand close to the subject and the flash is so bright that it blinds them makes their eyes sore!

All SE Users,why sonyericsson phones have not a keypad lock application?
SE should make a keypad lock software.
Or any java application of keypad lock is available?

its very bad phone,always hang and it dosent save automatically in memory card,you have to turn off the phone to use normally

this phone crashes alot if you have the old c510 software on it !!! rubbish phone

Its very good phone,only the problem no xenon flash so dark place taken picture is no too good
