Mostly a lots (really a lot) of 'missed calls' and at times unable to call out until a fren shared with me how to resolve it. Change phone setting from 3G to GSM networks. Go to 'Settings' > Connectivity > Mobile Networks > GSM/3G Networks > then select 'GSM only' - the down side would be that you can't use 3G but no more missed calls for me since then

this phone really rocks its very durable. all around phone. all weather you can txt and answer calls while in the middle of the rain!! i drop this phone many times!! i even drop this phone on a pool of mud! and still working!! just wipe it and go!! it is also a fast phone for browsing the internet, plus it has an excellent camera!!, what more can you ask for?? very durable reliable phone

hmm..i think se lost their quality after an amazing quality with k800,since then we can see a lot of complaints when they introduce a new model..im using this phone almost a year n got a common issues like battery,restart phone,not a clear call but i think that a common things that will happen to most of any brand but the latest problem that happen to my phone, im not sure if others usage got same problem with me

now,most of the times i cant make a call n send msg although at screen it appear full bar of lines and show operator name.1st in my head,it occured because of the location or problem with sim card.i make a complaint to the operator regarding for signal reception but they said my location is ok.so, i change sim card to other phone and its surprised me theres no problem to make call n send msg.so,its solely phone problem.

so,is there anybody here got same problem with me n how to fix it.i have latest firmware n not install any crap software,things for my phone

nice phone amazing good screen and nice for minimize music to games to messages.... i love this phone and it is water resistant for a second not a minute.heheeh

i like games and c702 is good unit for me to granted my hobbies and games via my c702....

My phone its colour is Pitch Black, the best of the colours of this kind of phones... :D

Well, after two months, i'm so happy with my C702. This phone has Gps, I can watch my speed while i running with the tracker aplication it's awesome, The audio of this phone it's perfect. The pictures that takes it's nice in the day and night it's not too bad if there is a lot of light, so you can take pictures in the day because in the night doesn't help. I can chat in this phone with Windows live msn :D. Oohhh and the appearance for me it's the second or the same level of the K800... I recomend it.

I commented on 02.02.10 about bad experiences i was having with my SE C702, since then i took it back for repairs.

On Saturday my phone died - completely, not my sim card or battery at fault the phone just will not start up. i have not damaged this phone in any way. i have experienced where it restarts on it's own as many others have mentioned. But now it just won't work. I was a Sony Ericsson fan, my first was a W810i which is still working as good as it was back then, but i think Sony Ericsson has lost the quality of phones they used to make...won't buy another Sony anytime soon...

Totally disappointed!

Heyy guys, can you tell me what it's the last firmware please, I want to upgraded it. I have the energy black color and for me it's the best phone physicaly. I bouhgt it in Perú about 230 dollars.
Do you know a link where I can find all I need to flash it?

This phone is not stable. As stated by some viewers here, it will restart itself and hang when u are on the line. Between the alarm is sometimes not functioning. Its just terrible =S
