I've had my phone for a few weeks (almost a month i think).. Only one thing to complain : the firmware. it's so sensitive that sometimes it hangs and restarts by itself.. after i sent it to the shop where i bought the phone, the phone works great! it's stable and never hang at all. Ok, my pros and cons over this beautiful phone:
Pros:
-Good 5.0MP camera (in sense of focusing and face-detection.)
-Feature-packed camera. The touch-sensitive buttons by the side of the screen is ultra-cool
-Slim but heavy. Proves the built-quality of the phone.
-The screen is not easy to get scratched.
-The keypad is good.
-The battery life is superb. (I haven't charged my phone for the past 4 days, under normal use of course)
-the accelerometer is fast and responsive.
-The back cover is made of stainless steel.
-The reception is good.
-The mic and earpiece are awesome.
Cons:
-The screen is small. (after getting used to it, i don't give a damn about it anymore)
-No Wi-Fi :(
-The sliding lens cover is cool, but i'm afraid it wouldn't last long enough. So far it's ok.
-Over priced.
-The picture renderer is a bit buggy.
-Picture in low light sucks! Medium light is ok.
-The sound quality is not what i expected from a SE phone.
-No manual ISO settings.
Overall, I give the C902 8/10. The build quality is superb. The features are excellent. A stylish, slim phone with cool-features. I'm satisfied with the phone as it's one of the best phone i've ever used.

fantastic phone my best ever!! people need to stop insulting this phone its great it has great features and unless you need wi-fi and sat nav which i think is useless and pointless on a phone. Its ideal its small, slim and i love it :)

i have this same problem!!! Does anyone else have this problem??? will this be resolved in any future firmware updates??

Hmmm.
I've had the C902 for a little over 36hours. I expected a lot from this little phone. I still do.
However, I don't get it...
Design is nice, hands-free is excellent, headphones are quality, and SE have really thought about the software.
However, I think I must have a dud handset:
- Battery overheats even when I.m not doing anything on it.
- Battery last about 5-7hours (I'm on the 4th charge already).
- Reception is shoddy (I asume this is why the battery overheats cos maybe the internal antenna is faulty?)
- MP3 player stutters at beginning of tracks and has blank moments sporadically during playback (NO, not between song, during! and Yes, compression is fine, even in LAME format).
- GUI is a little slow, but I put this down to the faulty set.
- I'm with "3" UK so wonder what crap excuse they'll try and fob me off with.
Hate to say it, but, I'm going back to my E61 - may not have the 5mp camera, but it's faster and as WIFI and a much better web broowser!

love the phone its awesome small yet weighty you can feel the quality great features but just one question (for the tv out-put do u need 2 buy the cable and attach it for the tv out icon to show up on the screen?)cheers

i just brought that G900..n that is the best phone I ever use. i had a nokia n72 be4. but this g900 is the best. I just found out 1 thing, the battery goes out really fast when u r browsing internet ro playing game. that is the disadvatage

One thing though and this is the thing that quite bugs me about G900. Its the touch screen. We all know SE phones are more buggy compared to other phones. Im afraid(I think) the touch screen mechanism in the G900 is prone to defects and bugs that is bound to come out sooner or later. I think the C902 is the safer choice.

To all C902 owners out there, how long does your battery would last on normal use? coz mine like 2 days only . . other than that . . C902 is strong max max
