I bought mine from orange but the battery life isn't as you have mentioned. It's the only night mare I have found on it.

I wonder whats the problm with SE. Firstly they release a phone so late after their announcement that rival companies have already come out with better products at the same or even lower price range. Secondly, they release phones like K850 n C902 with so many issues that the owner goes into depression. I am a huge SE fan but see it sinking. If u need an overall smartphone, buy P1i. If u need a cameraphone, buy K800-K810. U will save money n be happy as i well. I surely assure this since I have both.

I have had the c902 for a week, it worked fine and i thought it was incredible, great internet and the camera has made my olympus mju redundant, it got me up in the morning too. Today though, the select button stopped working. not happy. I need a new phone badly and i'm stuffed till next week, massively inconvenient and disappointing.

We did this and had no probs since. Hope this helped.

I wouldnt reccommend this phone to anyone. I find mine impratical to use and the phone crashes and goes blank during calls, playing music, searching through contacts and any other processes you would consider simple. I was not made aware of the issues this phone has raised when i chose it for renewal with 3. They also refuse to exchange the phone =( Camera is brilliant however and so is the internet, but general phone use is very slow.

Got this phone on Saturday (Wednesday now) and am really happy with it.
Had some problems with the battery life barely lasting a day but knocking the brightness down to 80% and getting rid of the animated wallpapers and screen savers has stopped that.
No problems with the menu or freezing, but think I have the latest firmware anyway.
I really hope my provider remembered to put me on an unlimited data package like I asked, because I have really been abusing the high speed downloads of late. ^_^

is the c902 really that bad? I'm planning to buy c902 or g900 but cant make up my mind. could someone give me the ups and downs of the 2 phones base on your own experience, and views.

i know the problems about the alarm doens't go off and that the phone turns it self of. the solution is to sent te phone back to SE and let them have a software upgrade
it also happend with my phone

I have had the phone replaced twice in the two months I have had it and again the alarm doesn't go off, blacks out and it freezes. No good!

This phone is awesome. Blazing fast downloads and the camera is wicked cool. I've had Blackjack & blackjack 2 but this phone blows them both away. With 3g capability, 5 megapixel camera and 8 gigs of removable storage, what else could you possibly need? It's even better than my old w810i.

It is a great phone but i've had so much trouble with my phone locking up and the screen going black for no reason, only to then come on again a few minutes later but with no reception as it seraching for the server provider. Has anyone else had this problem? it is so annoying!! it might just be my phone

hi out there i'm not knocking s/e they do make good phones but the c902 needs recalling i've had 4 since july and all failed due to the same complaint (freezing,crashing,apps not working and camera lens fell apart ect)lets hope s/e can get this sorted like i said before they do make rearly good phones so take my advise and leave the c902 on the shelves sorry:(

I am really unhappy with this phone. Sometimes it seems like it has a mind of its own. Dropped calls and cut-offs are so frequent that I got used to them. Other than that the phone likes to turn itself off and nothing you can do will bring it back to life, until Mr. C902 is ready to work again. Do yourself a favor and buy something else, God forbid, but you might actually need your phone to work and you will be left out to dry.

I bought this phone over a month ago and at first it was brilliant, but it's starting to freeze a lot now and my alarm doesnt sometimes work. It's annoying when im trying to text and it freezes. I regret buying this phone. I've always stuck to samsung and never had a problem, so im going to go back to them once i get rid of this phone. My advice is dont buy it, a lot of people have said they have had the same problem with the freezeing. I'm not very happy.
