Hi! I'm from kolkata, West Bengal, India. After a thorough research through NET, Purchased a new SE ELM (AS I REALLY HATE TOUCHSCREEN!)for Rs. 7350/ this month. Thanks to GSM-ARENA. And things are going quite well with my new ELM. Its a pretty good handset. Camera are good enough in day light. Details are very good in sunny weather. MACRO Mode as well as PANORAMA Mode is very useful. But there is problem in taking picture in artificial light or its in built flash. Sound is satisfactory. Plenty of options are there to play with new set. No problem in transferring data from my PC. But when it comes to put the name of new contact.... Oh! not enough space there to write a full name even! Its so disgusting!. Can it be solved with installation of new software to my ELM ? Please anyone tell me this if there is any solution. Otherwise an excellent phone within this price range. If you are not interested in touchscreen and prone to photography with MOBILE then SE ELM is your accurate choice. Thanks.

Been using this phone for more than 2 months now.

excellent battery life
no prob with web surfing
loudspeaker OK
GPS takes time to connect
sync with Outlook or Ymail easy
clear reception during phone call

but the camera just doesn't cut it.. yeah it's 5MP but the flash doesn't help at all. even pics taken in rooms with ample light comes out very poor. Video can't even keep up with minimal movements.

Sadly, I've lost my HPM 77 a couple of weeks ago while on a trip! I got it from a shop in central Kolkata. You can get it from online shops or search for it.

Super Fast Internet at its peak. Durable, Reliable, and Affordable. Youtube is very fast w/out interruption. Dis is the best Sony Ericsson Phone ever. You can use it for about 3-5 years w/out problems. Its sound is clear and loud. I love dis phone. Ranging it from 1-10: Design is 9, Features is 10, and Performance is 10.

ei guys please help me here..my problem with this handset is everytime i captured a pic after few seconds it will went off..and as i turning it on..the battery life will go down to as low as 5% from 90%..comments plz..
