I cant see why all this ppl complained about this phone. slow - i think not. Phone is super fast. I mean why ppl complain before they try it? older se phones using stf screen was slow.
Also, i dont understand why on all pictures on net it look worst than in life. Keypad and all other blue parts is much darker (at least in my version). so it look much better. better than k500 for me.
Also only drawback by voda is mp3 ringtones and icons. i can live without it for much better price.

there've been a number of comments about this phone's slowness. i recently got this phone and the only noticeable (albeit nasty) slowness is when connected by infrared to your computer, transferring files. otherwise it's perfectly fine.
The only other problem i had was when i exported my phone contacts as a .vcf to integrate into outlook... the .vcf's are not formatted correctly, doesn't work properly with newer versions of outlook.
... all the features i've read about here not being in the phone ARE in the phone. read the damn manual. and yeah mine's a pre-pay from vodafone and i've got every feature listed for it.

This is a really good phone! I seriously don't know why people keep saying that it is crap.
It is not slow at all, it is extremely light, the video recorder can record for at least five minutes and overall it is one of the best phones I've seen. I prevously owned a Sharp GX10i (my first phone) and the SE F500i is better in my opinion.
One bad point about this phone is that the still-camera picture quality is not great.

Is there some way to change icons? K500´s icons look much much better.
What about flashing it to a K5000? Any experiences?

Errr... You so can change the wallpaper.
Stupid.. I've had the phone for less than a day and I managed to change the wallpaper. Who the hell says its bad? Its awesome.
