When i gave it to the service center they say its a virus in the phone, asked them to check if there is a virus, but they say no as they cant check it. I dont feel its a virus probllem but its a phone problem as this later happened to me as soon as I got the phone back after resetting the phone. They are now replacing my board which makes no sense i Feel they should give me another handset and check the faults in this phone.

I have been using this phone for the last 6 months & trust me this is a fabulous one,If you can manage to get a walkman headset as I did ,The music experience is better than nokia Xpress music series(I can say that 'coz I have used nokia 5310 Xpress music )battery back up & image quality is better than nokia.You can even installl flash lite themes in this.So guys You will never find these features in another in the same price tag

Bogged down with so much crap that it crashes all the time requiring a full reset. Didn't recognise memory card. Very poor battery life. I am sick of flashy modern phones with their poor usability and this will be my last ever fancy phone. I've gone back to my Nokia 1100 which works beautifully compared to this junk.
