it's a good smartphone , if it has a problem , it comes from the software that not upgrade yet . if your phone has a ling time to take an action , just look to your phone memory , if it too full of memory , it can be a bad phone , just let it have a small capacities . sorry , no offense just sharing my exp . thx !!! n.n

The PDF reader is a lie. It can only read the simplest and oldest pdfs, anything with a picture in it is out of the question. I bought it instead of another phone because of the promise of a good office reader, and I'm really disappointed by this.
Other options are mostly good, the camera is good, and the sound is okay. Not a bad phone, other than the office reader, which is not as good as you'd expect.

Its one of the worst phones made by Sony Ericsson... Luks pathetic, color is dull, software problem, hangs, applications start by themselves, to open a new received sms takes atleast 7secs..
Don't get carried away by the extra feature it provides at a low cost..

I bought it in June 2008.After two month uses,it's software is not good.It hang.I install again.IT is absent in GPS and WI FI.

i used this phone for almost 1year, G700 given me a lot of headache : Hang. Self-Restarting. Fading Keypad. and Poor in Signal.
Don't But this Phone Guy's!!

I have g700, this phone is not good ,i sad buy this phone.camera is not good,colour not natural.internet opera 8 is not good,is better opera mini 4.not high speed acces prosesor is low.prince is expencive.nokia e66 is good than g700.

This is a great phone. It's not slow.
You can't compare it to e65, lol.
The only disadvantage i can find is it doesn't have wifi
